Antique French writing desk made in French Empire style sourced from Provence, France. Beautifully hand-crafted from solid walnut wood featuring a rectangular top covered with brown leather decorated with a gold lead trim around the edge. The wood showcases a naturally aged patina with a rich brown color and grains. The desk is fronted with five storage drawers constructed with dovetail joins. The desk comes with three keys. Raised on carved decorated with brass moldings. The legs are conjoined with gracefully curved stretchers.
