A charming mid-19th century French dining table in the Transitional Neoclassical Louis XVI style, sourced from Provence, France. This beautifully hand-crafted piece is made from solid walnut wood, showcasing a naturally aged dark patina with rich grains. The off-square, extendable top includes two pull-out extensions stored underneath, extending the table to a length of 6'3". The apron clearance measures 22.5" from the floor to the bottom of the apron, and 28.25" under each leaf. The table stands on hand-carved, tapered, fluted legs, and features solid and stable joinery with excellent craftsmanship, embodying a Transitional French Louis XVI profile. - Origin: Provence, France - Dimensions: W 40.75" x D 40.25"/ 75.75" x H 29.25"- apron clearance 22.5" / 28.25"  - Condition: Good, minor wear consistent with age and use. Excellent joinery and craftsmanship with age-appropriate wear. Naturally aged patina on the finish as seen in photos. Natural age splits in the wood.
