These one-of-a-kind bloomers were made with the Standard of Grace classic "Rosalie" textile and are perfect for layering and creating a casual, yet one-of-a-kind look! These bloomers are fully lined and feature a "paper bag" style ruffled waist as well as ruffled leg openings. These bloomers are a size 2T and the waist measures approximately 16.5" unstretched.   Bloomers are ready-to-ship within 1-3 business days. **Standard of Grace items are not intended for unsupervised sleeping.
