Confetti Party Cookies

Growing up I feel like i saw these cookies at every. single. party. hence the name Party Cookie. I never really knew their name to be honest and I thought that at any party you'd go to they would just be there, kind of like candles for the cake. Looking at them i feel like i can smell the frosting, and the warm fuzzies that went with being a sugar fuled little. These cookies are on sugical steel, nickle free posts.
