Early Girl Tomato & Coriander Jam

Notes: Sweet tomato paste, Umami, lemony-floral  Origins: Originally developed for Nancy Silverton, this jam has since become a Sqirl restaurant staple. Slathered inside a pressed grilled cheese sandwich finished with spicy arugula, some may say "that's crazy" while others know what's good (Pizza Sandwich, anyone?). Add to a cheese plate and wait for your guests to say, "Where's that Tomato Jam from?!"
