Sprinter Hellwig HD Rear Sway Bar Upgrade 2500 Van

Our Sprinter sway bar is a heavy duty replacement bar and measures 1 1/8".  The 2017 to 2025 4x4 bar and 2wd bar is 1 5/16". It is a direct replacement sway bar with no modifications required. It is a great improvement over the factory sway bar which is roughly 7/8" on some models. Keep in mind that some dealers were ordering the 2007 and up 2500 Sprinter vans without a sway bar. If your van happens to be one of those, make sure you order for a van without factory sway bar.  Built with 4140 chromoly steel and fitted with high performance polyurethane bushings. Any of the heavy RV, cargo or commercial vans may require additional suspension upgrades before you are really happy with the ride.
