Crowns x SPK22 Collab Hoodie

Crowns Guam Creative Director and Co-Founder Marvin Manibusan aka @MIGHTYMARVY has strong ties with both of these brands. His first tee design ever was a design for Spike 22 Academy for his Uncle Melchor Manibusan, the founder of SPK22 and one of Guam’s most prolific staples in MMA and Wrestling. Mighty Marvy grew up training, wrestling and fighting under the wing of Melchor and would later find another love in streetwear and fashion, in which he would later go on to create one of Guam’s biggest streetwear brands, Crowns Guam. The relationship between these two companies evolved into many of the SPK22 fighters and athletes being sponsored and “decked out” in Crowns apparel, along with Marvin’s other company Mighty Purple Cafe. So the collaboration between these two brands has been a long time coming and has finally come to fruition. Many design cues and styles from Mighty Marvy can be seen throughout the years between the two brands and the similarities are super hella major “Mighty St
