Winemaker's Tasting Notes: The cuvee opens with inviting notes of white florals and sweet spice which lead into juicy pink grapefruit, white peach and jasmine on the palate. Fresh apricot and a bracing salinity frame the finish. All grapes are 100% organic. The rose is processed with minimal intervention, is vegan and dry.  Serving Suggestions: Mediterranean cuisine, light pastas, sushi and grilled seafood.  Varietal: 60% Grenache, 35% Cinsault, 3% Syrah, 1% Mourvedre and 1% Tibouren.
