ASW Distillery keeps to Irish pure pot still tradition when they make Druid Hill Irish-Style Whiskey. Druid Hill is triple-distilled in ASW's Vendome Copper Pot Stills at the Georgia distillery. Made from a pure barley mash, 70% malted and 30% unmalted, grown on a sixth-generation family farm just north of Dublin. Druid Hill is fruit-forward with tones of plum, dried fig, marzipan and tobacco, with a smooth, lasting finish.
