1914 H. C. G. MOULE. Autobiography of Ministry, Autographed + 2pp Autograph Letter!

A fine little treasure. This little lot includes a very finely preserved copy of Keswick divine, H. C. G. Moule's ministerial autobiography, inscribed by himself. It is further accompanied by a connected 2pp autograph letter entirely in his hand, and signed "H. Dunelm" [his signature as Bishop] discussing various books, especially his work Christus Consolator. "I humbly thank God that any writings of mine have afforded spiritual help to you, dear Madam, & that particularly Christus Consolator should have carried you any messages under your great and sacred loss. My humble sympathy & fellowship is with you. May the eternal Friend lay His own love on your profound wound as its precious balm."  Moule, H.C.G. Memories of a Vicarage. London.
