We make our mustard bath soak just like great grandmother did. This amazing mixture of herbs and oils is perfectly safe to bathe in. It will clear your sinuses and eases those achy muscles. This is needful to everyone; we all should have a jar of this in our bathroom. We add some of our organically grown loofah as well. This is packaged in recycled plastic bottles, 6 ounces of mustard soak in each.
