Higonokami Folding Knife with Brass Handle Apparently this knife is traditionally given to Japanese schoolchildren, which is alarming because it is so incredibly sharp. Made by the same company in the same way for over a million years, Nagao Seisakusho. Blue paper steel blade, brass handle.  Each comes with a veg-tanned, hand-stamped leather sheath made from leather off-cuts and individually sewn by Doug. Folded Length: 90mm Full Length: 165mm; Blade Thickness: Around 3mm       Hand-sewn one at a time by Doug in our home studio outside of Philadelphia.
