Titanium Smart low flow Heater Upgraded Replacement

This Smart Heater is entirely serviceable. Troubleshooting lights have been added - "Heater ON" and "High Limit Tripped" lights to improve the preliminary troubleshooting process, also added are external screws to the assembly tank to allow for heating element replacement.
