NAVAJO ALABASTER CARVING BY Susie Enoah. This collectible piece of art is made by Susie Enoah, a well-known Navajo carver. It is made from alabaster, and features a Native American Indian. It has a fetish, or heartline, bear on the side. In Native cultures, the fetish bear is the symbol for a long life. It is decorated with small dots (stars), and a bearpaw, which symbolizes strength. Very nice detail!! On the Sculpture we clearly see the Bear with a heartline, meaning strong medicine & bear paw for good health. Approximately 6.25" tall. 4.50" long with base. Base is 2" wide
