Large, flavorful pecan halves are perfect for any occasion! Our Desirable pecans are the largest pecan we offer, and the pecan halves meet the new “Georgia Grand” pecan meat classification. The Desirable has a medium shell thickness and a medium-to-high oil content, which makes them an excellent choice for baking. The Desirable pecan count is usually 40 to 45 nuts per pound.
