You will receive the TRANSFER ONLY-not a shirt! You must use a commercial heat press to press these onto shirts / sweaters. Pressing temp: Screen prints = 350 degrees for 10-15 seconds with maximum pressure. Hot peel. DTF Prints = 320 degrees for 10-15 seconds with maximum pressure. Cold peel.
