Our tuna is sustainably and wild-caught along the coastal areas of the Northern Pacific. Tuna cooks very quickly. Use a very hot pan or grill and cook to rare or medium-rare. Sear it on both sides briefly. This should preserve both the flavor and the moisture. Case includes 10lbs of Albacore Tuna. Pick-up available at our farm stand in Yamhill only.
