Made with Italian extra virgin olive oil (spicier and more character compared to the Mediterranean Olive Oil). Olive oil is cold-smoked for up to three hours using a premium blend of cherry, hickory, oak, and maple woods.  This oil has a smoky flavor that compliments many dishes, including salad dressing, pasta dishes, sauteed vegetables, eggs, popcorn, dipping into a slice of delicious bread, and more.
