The palate has a smooth texture, slightly viscous and certainly one of the spiciest Beauroy that I have tasted from Tribut in bottle. Quite lively, fanning out nicely towards the finish. This is an excellent Beauroy that should repay maturation in bottle. There is a fine bead of minerality on the delicious and rounder flavors that display excellent underlying tension while exhibiting notably better depth and persistence.
