Tuning Fork Activators - For SomaEnergetics Tuners

You can sound tuning forks on a variety of items including body-parts, a tennis ball (or activator) in your pocket, a quartz crystal, soundbowl-style mallets, or even the bottom of a rubber sole shoe.   The two most common methods for sounding our forks are your meatier body parts like thighs, shoulders, palms, etc (weighted forks only!) and for unweighted forks people usually use our round sounding puck, but some prefer the rubber mallet or triangle activator. The activator chosen depends on the type of fork you are using, your technique, and the sound you desire. Have fun tuning and never be afraid to experiment!
