Remember, your best defence is regular, daily backups. One call - This support plan allows you to submit questions for 1 subject in 1 call to a maximum call duration of 1 hour. For example, if you are having trouble with a particular issue, that is the complete call. If more time is needed, then you may purchase additional support tickets. Upgrades to your business system are not covered.
