Inlet Header Hold-Down Bracket Assembly w/ Tension Spring (High-Wind Mounting Security)

Supplemental Inlet (lower) header hold-down bracket assemblies are recommended when installing in climates with frequent high-wind weather conditions. The spring-tension design allows for normal collector expansion and contraction, while also providing additional security. *DON’T secure the bottom header with any type of mounting bracket OTHER than the Inlet Header Hold-Down Bracket Assembly w/ Tension Spring. Securing the bottom header with any mounting device other than this unit may damage the collector and will void the warranty. Supplemental High Wind Kits are available and include the components for running additional lines of hold-down strap as well as the tension springs for securing the lower headers.
