THE MEANING You have a right to be angry. Don’t ignore your anger. Don’t suppress it either. Neither of these things are forgiveness. To forgive, you hafta hunt the guilty down, stare them in the eyes, and envision the Lamb, nailed to a tree for their sake. (Don't forget to breathe.) You might weep. You might shake and yell and whimper. Good. Let it out. The memory of their guilt will poison you if you hold it in for too long. Like piss.
