How to use  Wet the bar soap and rub it between your hands, on a towel or directly onto your skin to create a lather. Use the lather to wash your body, then rinse thoroughly with water. Ingredients Fair trade Shea butter, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Cocoa Butter, Castor Oil, Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Kaolin Clay, Oats, Essential/Fragrance Oil (Calendula flower infused) Weight Appx 4oz   Perform a patch test before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
