High Quality Direct to Film Heat Transfers can be pressed on 100% cotton, 100% polyester, and poly/cotton blends. Pressing Instructions Set your Heat Press to 300°- 325°F (Note that every heat press is different, yours may need to be set a little higher or lower) Lint roll then pre-press the garment for 5 seconds to remove excess moisture.Place the transfer on the shirt – white side down, image facing up.1st Press: Cover the image with Teflon or parchment sheet Press at 325°F for 10-15 seconds under heavy pressure. Commercial heat press is recommended. Remove the garment from the press. Peel: Allow to cool, then slowly peel the film. 2nd Press: Cover the image with teflon or parchment sheet and press transfer for another 10 seconds.  Do not wash or dry the heat pressed garment for at least 24 hours after pressing.
