  Product Overview: RUPES 5" (125mm) Grip Multi-Hole Direct Flow Backup Pad (980.027N) is recommended for use with all LHR15, LHR12E and LTA125 BigFoot polishers. Suitable for use with a variety of 5" (125mm) RUPES foam, microfiber and wool style buff pads. Unique blue color thermo-plastic abrasion-resistant spoiler that results in greater stability and mechanical reliability. The patented spoiler works as friction surface for the “anti-spinning” shroud and allows vacuum for the perpendicular holes. The high performance Velcro face material gives a greater mechanical resistance and a longer life, especially along the edges of the backing plate. The holes in the backing plate create an air flow that dissipates heat and keeps the work surface at an acceptable temperature.
