All hinges are our Heavy Duty Weld On Hinges that are laser cut from ¼ inch thick steel plate, stainless steel spring handles, stainless steel ½ diameter rods cut to 7 ¼ inches long, cap nuts for quick install, our weld in thermometer bungs, and 3 inch dial by 4 inch stem thermometers!
