Our halibut was caught by Captain Malcom Milne on the F/V Captain Cook and delivered to our home town of Homer, Alaska. It's processed immediately to lock in the fresh fish taste to enjoy year-round.  Below is the approximate number of individual vacuum packed pieces per box size. A 6-8 oz. piece serves 1-2 people. Halibut has skin on to retain moisture, and so it lasts longer in the freezer.
