We intentionally left seating out to allow for more occupancy. Can build customized safe rooms to meet your needs. Easy entry for wheelchairs or electric scooters. Secured strongly to your concrete slab. Installation takes about 3 hours. Can be installed inside the garage of an existing structure.   During the construction phase, safe rooms can be installed in any desired location. Meets or exceeds all FEMA and ICC 500 guidelines.
