For 99-07 springs you will need to convert the front spring bolt from 18mm to 5/8" using our Spring Eye Sleeves For 08-16 Springs you will want to use our Rear SuperDuty Spring Swap Kit Includes: Sold as a pair with bushings and sleeves. Available in bare steel or powdercoated black.
