FLAVOUR PROFILE On the nose: sooty barbecue smoke, green apple, and powerfully aromatic citrus oils, all underpinned by warming cinnamon.On the palate: tarry, smoked almond, with the seasoned virgin oak delivering added richness and vanilla notes alongside seaweed, cayenne pepper, and saltiness.
