Loads of ripe strawberry, elderberry and peach preserves with hints of cinnamon and tea leaf on the nose. Transitions into a red and black fruit medley, loads of roasted coffee and cacao beans with accents of bacon jam, lavender, mushroom, fennel and black olive notes. The wine is elegant and focused. A solid 8-12 year wine that will benefit from the cellar aging. Less than 100 cases produced annually.
