The end result is an extremely complex, aromatic and versatile fused olive oil. Perfect for any application involving poultry, pork, lamb, beef, wild game or sautéed/roasted/grilled vegetables. Rosemary Olive Oil pairs extremely well with our Sicilian Lemon, Oregano and Grapefruit White barrel aged Italian balsamics. Also combines perfectly with any fruity dark barrel aged Italian balsamic, especially our Pomegranate and Black Cherry balsamics.
