Size References *(Sheet size measurements NOT shirt size)* XL- 12” (recommended size for rugs, signs, etc) Large - Approx. 10”  (preferred size to have a good design cover on all adult shirts. Definitely recommeded for use for XL adult and up) Medium - Approx. 8.5” (Recommended for Youth Large up to Adult Medium. Not recommend using on shirt larger than Adult Medium.) Small- Approx. 7” (Recommended for 2T - youth Large shirt sizes) XS-Approx. 4.5-5” (Recommended for infant onesie, baby tees, towels, etc) Mugs HOW TO USE Sublimation Heat Transfers: You must use a HEAT PRESS to use these transfers, as a normal iron does not reach the adequate temp. The shirt which you apply the transfer has to be at least 50% polyester. 100% cotton shirts will not work because there is no poly for the inks to adhere to.
