Iron Goddess of Mercy - one of the best known China Oolongs. Nice rolled leaf style, not too oxidized. The cup is a very pleasant mellow taste with a faint note of natural smokiness with a good finish without astringency. A good tea for any season, an all-day cup. Also sometimes spelled Ti Kuan Yin or Ti Guan Yin. Use 1 heaped tsp. of leaf per 8 oz. cup. Let boiling water cool slightly before pouring over leaves. Steep 2-3 mins. Can be re-infused. Milk not recommended.
