Oak Aged Missouri Wheat Saison Saison du Blé is the harmony of a fluffy Wheat Saison and a tart, Missouri Saison. The wheat balances a very dry body with a creamy, billowy mouthfeel, and our local microflora adds complexity and acidity. This Saison was aged in oak for several months before being naturally conditioned in this bottle. ABV:  6%  |  750ml Released October 2015 You and/or a proxy will have 3 weeks from the time of purchase to pick up this beer. All orders are fulfilled at our Brewery Tasting Room (7458 Manchester Rd.) Friday-Sunday from 1pm-8pm and Monday from 4pm-10pm. Cheers!
