It has a full 16mm of one-way linear excursion and mechanical capacity, exceeding double the linear limits, ensuring durability and low distortion. The  v.3 update includes a new surround with linear geometry and improved thermal performance with the addition of 16 chamfered gap vents to keep high-velocity air flowing over the voice coil.
