28” height x 33” wide x 33” deep 1970s die-cast aluminum, square top table in cream resin with foldable sectors rotating on a spring-loaded pin. By Giancarlo Piretti for Castelli. Made in Italy. Very rare original color (a light taupe) with inset chrome florette which is the folding mechanism. One of the most interesting engineering and design examples ever. Excellent original condition. Some scratches and hairline cracks to resin. Bearing manufacturer’s label.
