Each bottle of Severino Pasta EVOO is harvested by hand from the slopes of Mount Etna, Sicily’s most active volcano. The EVOO has a beautiful, intense green color with shimmering yellow reflections. The aromatic smell of fruit with hints of fresh cut grass and herbs is met with a well balanced flavor with notes of bitter of tomato flavor and a spicy aftertaste.
