This product is manufactured in Japan by a major photoreceptor drum supplier under strict quality assurance processes. This photoreceptor drum should be installed by an experienced service technician familiar with Ricoh wide format printers.  Photoreceptor drums are easily damaged during installation.  We recommend replacing the cleaning blade assembly anytime a photoreceptor drum is replaced.  An existing used cleaning blade assembly can cause damage to a new photoreceptor drum.
