All you need to do is let me know what initials you would like for your trivet. When ordering please list the letters in the "Note to Seller" section of the order form.Your trivet is cut from 3/4 inch thick hard maple wood and measures approximately 8 inches wide by 6 inches high.The letters shown in the picture are "S" + "J". These trivets are made to order.
