2021 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Our 2021 Reserve Cabernet is crafted from six hand-selected barrels of our Estate Cabernet – Steve calls them the Rock Star barrels of the vintage. Aged for 30 months on 100 percent new French oak, the Reserve Cab is a multi-layered, complex wine expressing what our best barrels have to offer -- intense dark fruit complemented by toasty oak, a touch of spice, and well-integrated tannins. While it is delicious now, it will continue to evolve and gain complexity with some time in your cellar.
