The palate is spice and oak driven with undertones of brown sugar, some funky / rich rye spice that really drives, and some blackberry/plum character. Rich and proofed  nicely, 115 works jus about right for everything - neat, rocks, cocktail. This is perfect for Manhattans or Boulevardiers, the rich, punchy rye spice carries with cracked pepper, a hint of cinnamon and big oak and rye character with caramel and brown sugar all through the finish.
