Glenn's Creek is as authentic as it gets when it comes to making whiskey. Our barrel comes in just shy of 5 years and has a mash bill of 85% Corn, 10% Rye and 5% Malted Barley. On the nose, there's a deep rich note of brown sugar, coffee, dark chocolate, and a hint of leather.  Then topped off by some confectionary sugar.  As we transition to the palate, this doesn't disappoint.   Coming in at 110 proof, this is a bold, sweet, dark chocolate bomb.  It's one of the highest proofs from any Glenn's Creek OCD #5 barrels to date.  The finish is long and provides that perfect Kentucky hug we all love.
