A favorite for a reason. These barrels are incredible, lending sweet caramels, light tannin, heavy oak, with a syrupy richness. Rich and textured, pleasant viscosity that weaves together fig, plum, raisins, poundcake and nougat. These releases have been epics for a reason and it's become one of the releases I look forward to most from their barrel program every year.
