Texas Toothpick Handmade Damascus Steel Folding Pocket Knife  The Handmade Damascus Steel Folding Pocket Texas Toothpick Knife "Bone Handle" is a beautiful folding tactical knife that includes a lock that keeps the blade secure in the open or closed position.  Toothpick pocket knife pattern-welded Damascus steel blade is constructed from 512 layers of hard higher carbon steels welded to many layers of soft lower carbon steels. The pattern is designed, and the blade is forged-welded, twisted, drilled, and ground before it is flattened and ground again.  The billet of steel is formed into a knife blade and then profiled; heat-treated; etched with acid to reveal the striking pattern; and finished with additional processes like bluing or honing to reveal the striking pattern. The knife is tempered & edge sharpened.
