Despite the few shows, they were of high quality and featured notable acts such as Big Brother & The Holding Company, Buffalo Springfield, and the Grateful Dead. The posters created for the Rock Garden are distinctive because they are the only series shaped like diamonds. The original handbill was printed on white stock and measured approximately 8" by 8".
