2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve

Planted at 1200 feet in the foothills of the Blue Mountains in Walla Walla Oregon, this site features deep well drained silty loam soils perfect for a rich, concentrated, structured and well- balanced Cabernet Sauvignon. Following a long, cold maceration, the dark small-berried fruit was fermented and aged in two different lots with different yeast strains, adding multiple dimensions to the wine. The Reserve blend is a barrel selection (2/3rds of 3 different barrels) to shape a hauntingly enticing, complex and complete blend built for long-term aging. Label Tech Sheet
