Cube steak or cubed steak is a cut of beef, usually top round or top sirloin, tenderized and flattened by pounding with a meat tenderizer. Most popularly used for chicken fried steak but also great for sauteing, pan frying and braising. 2 steaks per packaged Tenderized Vacuum sealed and wrapped in butcher paper All of our meat is raised on our Nebraska Ranch and processed in a local USDA Inspected facility.
