These Oklahoma Notice of Inspection Stickers are an economical source to comply with Oklahoma Department of Agriculture pest control regulations.  This form is required when doing ODAFF-1/ODAFF-2 inspections. Item#: OKNOTICE Ink Color(s): Red or Black (Call us if you want a different ink color or label color) Item Size: 3" x 4" Available with and without a perforation between labels.  Without a perf you can just fold the label and tear off the roll.  That is the most economical option.
